Wonderful Worship & Fellowship

Today at the Grace Place we led worship, although two of our songs were in English the congregation was still very responsive. Three students that we taught during last week from Cram School came to church to worship with us.  They wanted to to see us lead worship. They were so eager to see us that they came an hour before church service start. This was the first time they have been to church. We got to hangout and talk to them before and after service. They decided to stay for youth group after worship. It was really cool to see how the youth group was so welcoming to them and how easily they interacted with the youth group. Please pray that the seeds we planted in them will flourish even after we return to the States.

Sadly today was the last day that we will see the students from Cram School and from the Summer Camp at Grace Place.  We hope our time together gave them as many memories as we have made.

After another delicious lunch meal with the Grace Place church family, we spent time planning with the California team for next week’s VBS at the elementary school. The California team was very excited to tell us about all the things that we would be doing for VBS.

As this week ends and we begin our second week of ministry, please pray that we will keep up the same energy level that we had from our first week. We also asked that you pray for us to bond not only with the new kids that we will be working with, but with the new team from California as well.
